Order cancellation

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible and provide the order number.

Before handover

An unpaid or unprocessed order may be cancelled through the listed contacts. Return rules may apply once the order has entered delivery.

After cancellation is confirmed, refunds follow the refund policy and are generally made through the original payment method.

Provide the order number, customer name, phone number and cancellation request. Never send the full card number or CVV.
