Provide your name, contact details, order number, issue and requested resolution. Attach payment evidence or photos where relevant.

Complaints are logged and reviewed using the submitted facts. We will use your contact details if more information is needed.

We first seek a negotiated solution. If no agreement is reached, the customer may use out-of-court or judicial remedies available by law.
