Address delivery
The customer marks the correct location using the map or address field. The current delivery charge is shown and added before order confirmation.
Pickup
The customer selects an available pharmacy from the list or map. The selected pharmacy is stored with the order.
Timing and receipt
A delivery window is agreed while processing the order, subject to availability and address. The recipient must be reachable at the supplied phone number.
Risk of damage
Until the product is physically received by the customer or their nominated person, accidental loss or damage remains the seller's risk to the extent required by law.
